Thank you for visiting my website.  Here is a brief background about me to better familiarize yourself with my experience and knowledge.

I am a lifelong resident of Bucks County. I was born and raised in Solebury Township in 1972 and have lived in Bucks ever since.  

My first real estate transaction was back in 1998 acquiring a unique loft unit condo in an Old Historic Cigar Mill. After sharpening my property management skills and learning the market, I acquired some additional properties for myself. Then I felt the need to become a PA Licensed Realtor and did so in March of 2001. 

Since August of 2001 I have been a Realtor with Richard F. Walter Inc. Realtors. AKA - RFW Realtors.  Our company is a corporation founded by Richard F. Walter who has been in Bucks County practicing real estate since 1971. 

 I have been involved with consumer finance for 16+ years and work directly with lenders to assist clients with mortgages for various types of real estate.

Walter Financial Inc. is our mortgage division that was founded in 1976.  Over the last 30+ years both companies have serviced clients successfully on either end of transactions.  As well as being a licensed Realtor I am a licensed loan solicitor thru the mortgage division. This has strengthened my ability to structure deals to a clients best interest. It has also resulted in deals going much smoother and most times saving the client in overall costs.

I strive to put the clients needs first in each and every transaction. 

In addition to being an Investor, Realtor and Loan Officer.  I have been a board member with the Tellers Mill Condo Assn since 2004. I have been a PA licensed notory since 1999 and have various designations & certifications in real estate and finance. 

In addition to being committed to my work, I am committed to my family.  I have been married for 6+ years and my wife and I feel so fortunate to have a healthy baby boy and little girl. Our children are our new focus in life and we and enjoying every minute.
